Canvas Workshop

Digata Bot

This page is just to give you more information on how the canvas product is constructed and some images from around the workshop.

You can see that the frames are handmade and cut to the exact size needed depending on the picture aspect, the frames are also cut to the correct thickness and width, the inside edge is routed and the frame then coated with a satin paint or a stain sealer

The printers are designed for the use of canvas and can take upto 48 inch wide rolls, so a 6ft canvas would be no problem.

The picture is printed and left a short wile for the ink to dry, then stretched and glued around the frame with the back pinned.

It is then double coated with a high quality protection sealent and left to dry for 2 hours.

Hangers and felt corners can then be added and bubble wrapped ready for its new owner..

Hopefully it will then hang upon your wall with pride n place, the talking point, the eye catcher or the work of art - you choose..
